This service is offered at the international airport Sheremetyevo-2 for the passengers of all flights, any airline companies, arriving or leaving the present airport.

Track service includes express passenger's passing through the Customs control, registration for the flight, passport control and also sanitary control, in case if necessary, accompanied by a representative of our office. The service is offered to you both at the arrival and the departure.

Fast Track service will allow you to save about 50 minutes of your precious time at the passage of the Russian border and as to avoid every possible difficulties at customs house. Our representative will accompany with you from the plane to a waiting room (and on the contrary), solving all formalities caused by the official registration of your papers, delivery of luggage, etc.

Transfer + Fast Track You can order Fast Track service together with transfer! Thus our representative will meet you with a plate at a plane exit and guide directly to the automobile that will deliver you to any point of Moscow. You will get 5 USD discount in case of combined order.

Meeting the passenger at the airport:
The passenger should come up to the office of Aerotour - to the right of the central arrival board on the ground floor at the Sheremetyevo-2 (see the map) and say that he has ordered a fast-track service. Then our attendant together with the passenger goes up to the second floor of the terminal to the departure area for formalities procedure.

Formalities procedure:
The passenger goes through the customs control, registration and passport control out of turn. Then the attendant accompanies the passenger to the waiting room or to the 1st class salon (additional order). The boarding is performed without assistance.

Meeting the passenger at the airport on arrival:
Our representative waits for the passenger at the staircase to the passport control with a sign with the name on it.

Formalities procedure:
The passenger together with our attendant goes down to the passport control which is passed through out of turn. After that the passenger picks up his luggage on a first-come, first-served basis. Then the passenger with the attendant go through the customs out of turn and come out to the airport's free zone. If the Transfer service is ordered the attendant brings the passenger to the driver. Those who meet the passenger should wait at the office of Aerotour - to the right of the central arrival board on the ground floor at the Sheremetyevo-2 (see the map).
