VIP airport lounge. Sheremetyevo

The procedure of the meeting through the VIP-lounge at Sheremetyevo Airport.

The representative of "Moscow Transfer Service" comes to the VIP-lounge 30-40 minutes before the scheduled arrival time and checks the presence of Customer's surname in the list.

After the boarding announcement our representative registers and accompanied by a VIP-lounge controller enters the transit zone to meet the Customer.

The VIP-lounge passengers are met at the transit zone, at a definite place, at stairs descent to the Passport Control. We meet our clients with a table on which passenger's surname or his company name is indicated (if desirable). The Customer must announce himself (i.e. come to a VIP-lounge employee).

If a person who arrives has a luggage, our representative takes the luggage stickers and gives them to a controller. After all the passengers of the VIP-lounge come to the place of meeting, the whole group accompanied by a VIP-lounge controller goes to the VIP-lounge.

It is strictly forbidden to leave the transit zone independently!

An Immigration Passport Control official takes passengers' passports for the registration at the VIP-lounge entrance. After that a Customs Control representative could ask to put the hand luggage at X-rays. If a passenger has cash currency (even small quantity) or something which should be declared, he has to fill in the declaration form. According to the new Customs Service rules, a passenger has the right to take out only that sum of currency, which was declared on his arrival to the country.

We warn our Customers about this fact at every meeting without fail.

The passenger can wait for his luggage at smoking or non-smoking saloon. A free access to the Moscow city telephones is offered at his service, and also a wide choice of newspapers and magazines. There is a bar for the VIP-lounge customers at smoking saloon, and the Customer has to pay by himself there.

Our representative will stay at the VIP-lounge till the Customer gets his luggage. The information about the readiness of luggage will be announced. Luggage receipt is carried out on the second level of the airport under the VIP-lounge balcony. The delivery of passenger's luggage to a car is not included in the VIP-lounge services cost.

Driver who is meeting a passenger will be waiting him at the VIP lounge.

Meeting procedure in the VIP-Lounge transit zone

After the boarding announcement a VIP-lounge representative (employee of VIP-lounge) enters the transit zone to meet all VIP-passengers.

After landing all passengers should go in the direction of the ladder descent leading to passport control of the common hall.

The VIP-lounge passengers are met at the transit zone, at a definite place - the column with the red-colored table "VIP" (big gold letters) at the stairs descent to the Passport Control. The VIP-lounge representative is dressedup in the dark blue suit and wears a "VIP" badge.

The VIP-lounge passengers should not go downstairs. The Passenger must come to a VIP-lounge employee, who waits for them at the column.

The passengers should say their names and flight number. If he has a luggage, he should pass the luggage stickers to the VIP-employee.

After all passengers for the VIP-lounge come to the place of meeting, the whole group accompanied by a VIP-lounge controller goes to the VIP-lounge.
